Hi, I'm Uwe.
After 26 years in the corporate world, I decided to take a new path. I have always been an entrepreneur - now I am living it to the fullest. After 26 years in the corporate world, I decided to no longer use my knowledge, experience and passion as a side job, but as my main task.
I have seen companies grow, strategies come and go, led teams and experienced major changes. But the key thing has always been: It is not the plans that make companies successful - it is the people who bring them to life.
Today, I use this experience to help entrepreneurs, managers and teams consciously plan their next steps – not only with strategy and structure, but above all with a clear view of the people who make success possible.

My Path – From Corporation to Consulting
I have spent 26 years in the corporate world, seen companies grow, strategies come and go, led teams and experienced major changes. One thing became clear to me: success is not achieved through strategies or processes - but through the people who implement them.
This realization ultimately led me to no longer pursue my entrepreneurship as a sideline, but to make it the focus. I am not just a consultant - I am a companion, a source of inspiration and a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and managers who want to take the next step with clarity and strategic focus.
What drives me
